This website, rubensvera.com, presents a private collection of original artworks developed by Rubens Vera.
All works displayed are original and produced individually over extended studio periods. The website is intended exclusively for presentation purposes and private acquisition inquiries.
Availability of Works
Only a limited number of works are developed each year, generally between two and three original oil paintings annually.
No reproductions, copies, or repeated editions are produced under any circumstances. Each work remains unique in order to preserve its exclusivity, rarity, and long-term artistic value.
Private Acquisition
Acquisition inquiries are handled privately through direct communication.
Availability, dimensions, materials, shipping conditions, insurance options, and acquisition details may vary depending on the artwork and destination country.
No public pricing is displayed on this website.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed exclusively through international bank transfer in Euros (€).
Additional banking, currency conversion, intermediary, or international transaction fees may apply depending on the financial institutions involved and remain the responsibility of the acquiring party.
Shipping and International Delivery
Worldwide delivery may be arranged upon request.
Shipping costs are quoted separately according to the destination country, dimensions, packaging requirements, customs procedures, and transportation conditions.
Whenever possible, artworks are shipped through specialized international art transport services or carefully managed protected air freight solutions.
Optional shipping insurance may be requested and arranged separately depending on availability and conditions offered by Spanish or international insurance providers.
Import duties, local taxes, customs fees, or destination country charges remain the responsibility of the acquiring party where applicable.
Delivery Times
Delivery and transit times may vary depending on the artwork, destination country, customs procedures, insurance processing, and transportation availability.
Estimated delivery times are provided individually during the acquisition process.
Color and Visual Representation
Reasonable efforts are made to present artworks as accurately as possible.
However, variations may occur due to:
- monitor calibration
- screen technology
- mobile devices
- ambient lighting conditions
- digital image processing
As a result, slight differences in color, texture, depth, or tonal perception may exist between digital representations and the physical artwork.
Original paintings possess natural surface characteristics, textures, reflections, and material qualities that cannot be fully reproduced digitally.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the unique and original nature of each artwork, all acquisitions are considered final.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once payment and shipping arrangements have been confirmed.
Damaged Shipments
In the event of visible transport damage, the recipient must notify the transport provider immediately upon delivery and contact acquisitions@rubensvera.com as soon as possible.
Any shipping insurance claims are subject to the terms and conditions established by the corresponding transport or insurance providers.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, photographs, texts, visual materials, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rubens Vera.
No reproduction, publication, distribution, storage, commercial use, or modification is permitted without prior written authorization.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws applicable in Spain and the European Union.
